Unique is a word often used incorrectly, but when it’s applied to Robin L. Webb it is genuinely accurate! An acknowledged leader as the former managing member of Florida’s largest commercial brokerage company, Robin has an impeccable reputation for integrity, a record of high-level sales production, and is a recognized expert in the industry.

As an industry icon, Robin is a senior instructor on the CCIM faculty, serves on the Board of Directors of CCIM Technologies, and is a member of the CCIM Institute and CCIM Foundation Board of Directors. Robin has been recognized by the Florida CCIM Chapter for his leadership and by the CCIM Institute for his technological creativity, in addition to his previous directorship with the Florida Realtors.

Soozi Jones Walker

Soozi Jones Walker, CCIM, SIOR has been involved in real estate in since 1979 and has specialized in commercial real estate since 1986. In addition to being a principal in Orlando based Commercial America Properties, she is President and Broker of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services, where she specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail space, as well as the sale of investment properties.  She obtained her CCIM designation in 1991, and served as president of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter for three different terms. In 2003, she was awarded the SIOR designation and served as President of the Nevada SIOR Chapter in 2012 and Treasurer for 5 years.

Soozi previously served on the board of directors for GLVAR, where she held the position of Commercial Division President. She was twice the Dean of Faculty for GLVAR, served on its Professional Standards Committee for 19 years (Chairing for 2 years) and serves on its Faculty Committee for more than 28 years. She also has been active in the Nevada Association of Realtors and served on its Board of Directors and on the Bylaw Committee. Soozi is the past National Professional Standards Chairman for CCIM and past Governance and Education Chairman and Presidential Liaison in 2015. She serves on the International CCIM Board of Directors, and is the current Faculty Sub Committee Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Curriculum Sub Committee. She also served on the National Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee (10 years), Commercial Committee and Commercial Sub Committee. Soozi is a two time past president of Commercial Alliance (CALV), Education Chair for the Southern NV SIOR Chapter.

In 2002, Soozi became a national ABR instructor and an international CCIM instructor. She has been rated by students as “Instructor of the Year” seven times. She was also named as the CCIM Intro Instructor of the Year twice by her peers. She served 10 years on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada was also the Chairman of the Board Development committee. She is a past Nevada Real Estate Commissioner appointed by the Governor of Nevada and additionally acts as an expert witness for various attorneys in litigation.

She has been recognized as a “Woman of Achievement in Land and Real Estate Development” by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. Over the past 40 years she has consistently been one of the top agents for performance.  Soozi was recently named as the Member of the Year by Commercial Alliance and named as one of the ten most distinguished women in Nevada.  She is a licensed real estate broker in both Florida and Nevada.
